Schedule:
- Full-Time
- 7am- 4:30 pm Monday through Friday and some occasional Saturdays

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5–8 years of masonry experience (chimney or fireplace experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of bricklaying, tuckpointing, and mortar mixing.
- Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolding.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in masonry construction.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable standing, bending, and climbing for extended periods.
- Leading their own apprentice.
Position Summary:
As a Brick Mason at On Duty Chimney Masonry and Stove, you’ll play a critical role in restoring and rebuilding chimneys and masonry structures to the highest safety and craftsmanship standards. This full-time role offers $60K–$90K annually, combining hourly pay plus performance bonuses, steady weekday hours, and the opportunity to lead your own apprentice while working with premium tools, equipment, and branded company trucks. Core Responsibilities:
- Perform bricklaying, tuckpointing, and chimney masonry repairs
- Restore and rebuild chimneys and fireplaces to safety standards
- Diagnose masonry issues and execute proper repair solutions
- Work safely at heights using ladders and scaffolding
- Lead and train apprentices on job sites
- Prepare materials and mix mortar as needed
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate job progress with management and customers
