The Eldred Preserve is seeking energetic Servers for The Homestead Restaurant + Lounge.
All skill levels accepted.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Excellent customer service skills and social perceptiveness.
- Effective communication and active listening skills for conversing with guests.
- Available to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits preferred, but not required.
- Experience using food service POS systems.
- Must be well groomed.
- Ability to learn and adhere to all federal, state and local laws dealing with the consumption of alcohol.
- Must work well under pressure.
- Strict adherence to food, sanitary, and safety standards.
- Accountability in processing customer payments.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Team player who looks for ways to help out other employees.
- Maintain hospitality standards while serving food to guests.
- Multitask in order to serve the needs of various diners at the same time.
- Required to train in event service etiquette in order to work on-site events as needed.
- Perform all duties as assigned to ensure positive overall guest experience.
