Diamond Peak Health Care is now hiring a caregiver/med tech for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday NOC shift 10:00pm to 6:00am.

In collaboration with Bella-Nacole Mental Health Services, we operate Southeast Idaho’s Housing for Adult Residential Treatment (HART) program. We offer a safe, therapeutic home and integrated clinical services for individuals living with serious and persistent mental illnesses.
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, independent Caregiver/Med Tech for our night shift. You will be responsible for managing up to 16 residents overnight, ensuring their safety, comfort, and medication compliance in accordance with IDAPA rules.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Medication Management: Safely pass medications according to the MAR, perform medication counts, document dosages/times, and coordinate with the Oversight RN.
- Resident Care & Safety: Respond to emergency call signals, monitor resident behavior/night needs, assist with personal care (showering/toileting) as needed, and provide emotional support.
- Documentation: Complete shift pass-downs, charting, and incident tracking. Consult the Administrator when necessary.
- Facility Upkeep: Perform routine and deep cleaning (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, walls), manage laundry, and handle light food prep/menu following.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be physically capable of performing personal care tasks and working independently.
- Ability to pass an Idaho Department of Health and Welfare Criminal History Unit background check.
- Certifications: Assistance with Medications Certification, CPR, and First Aid are highly preferred (we will assist the right candidate in obtaining these).
- Must be reliably available to work weekends and holidays when scheduled.
