Machine Operator
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Shifts: 2nd
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $17.35/hour + $0.36 shift premium (for off shifts)
We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in the Grand Rapids area. This is a contract to hire opportunity offering steady hours, shift options, and long-term employment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Load materials and remove finished parts from machines
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow standard work instructions and production procedures
- Report any machine or quality issues to supervisors
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work assigned shift consistently
