- Position: Licensed Practical Nurse

- Shift: 4 X 12s - Both Day Shift/ Night Shift Available
- Pay Rate: $38/Hourly
- Guranteed Hours - 36hours

Experience & Requirements:
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Active LPN License
- Work experience: New Grad are okay.
Responsibilities:
- Give medicines and basic nursing care to residents.
- Check vital signs and report any health changes.
- Keep clear and accurate patient records.
- Help and guide CNAs with daily care tasks.
- Follow safety, infection control, and facility rules.
