Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for staff, interns, and volunteers; coordinate job postings, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and facilitate a welcoming, mission-centric onboarding experience.
Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as a trusted point of contact for staff inquiries regarding policy interpretation; foster an inclusive, equitable workspace aligned with the organization's core values.
Benefits & Compliance Administration: Assist with annual benefits enrollment, address employee inquiries, and maintain meticulous personnel files ensuring strict compliance with federal, state, and non-profit labor regulations.
HRIS & Data Management: Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with accurate employee records, track performance review cycles, and generate standard HR metrics reports for leadership.
Training & Development: Coordinate staff training sessions focused on professional development, safety compliance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
