Ace Surfaces is seeking qualified individuals to train on sport surfacing projects who aspire to grow into supervisors and trainers. Some experience in construction and supervision is required (court surfacing experience is a bonus, but not required). The company specializes in nationwide sports courts installation.
If you do not have a driver's license and are not willing to travel 50-60% of the time nationwide, please do not apply. You will not be considered.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated construction site experience, including compliance with safety regulations and adherence to project timelines.
- Possession of a valid driver's license, with excellent communication skills in English.
- The ability to guide and lead other crew members to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Maintaining accurate records of project progress and reporting as needed to management.
- Reviewing blueprints and schematics to guarantee quality control and compliance with project specs.
- Following daily operational plans at construction sites, complying with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.

Positions available will require extensive US travel.
Starting pay is $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
Work is 5 to 7 days a week with overtime pay after 40 hours at time and a half. Per Diem is paid when working out of town.
