Seeking a FT Medical Assistant/LPN for a busy office. This position would be primarily rooming for 1 provider. Monday through Friday.
Duties will including but are not limited to: rooming patients, vitals, update medication lists, collecting records in relation to appointment, point of care testing, vaccine administration, entering CPT codes for POC testing/vaccines, medication PAs, returning patient calls to give test/lab results or answer questions, completing forms/paperwork for patients, home health communication and referrals. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and medication names is required for documentation purposes. Experience required. Willingness to learn, grow and adapt to change is required.
We are a fast paced office in a small town, and our mission is to care for our patients to the best of our ability. Being able to communicate with patients, families, and co-workers is a necessity for this position. You will be required to pass a UDS.
