Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties
- Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment focused on teamwork and excellence

- Oversee all food production activities, ensuring dishes meet quality, presentation, and safety standards
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain rigorous sanitation practices across all kitchen areas
- Coordinate with catering and banquet departments to deliver flawless event execution and large-scale food service
- Supervise shift operations, including scheduling staff, managing workflow, and addressing any operational challenges promptly
- Train staff on food handling procedures, culinary techniques, and customer service expectations to elevate overall performance
- Monitor food costs and implement strategies for efficient resource utilization without compromising quality
- Collaborate with management on menu planning, pricing strategies, and special promotions to attract diverse clientele
Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within fine dining establishments or upscale hospitality settings
- Extensive background in food production, kitchen management, and restaurant operations
- Strong supervisory skills with experience managing diverse culinary teams in high-pressure environments
- Demonstrated expertise in banquet experience, catering services, and large-scale event coordination
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and ability to incorporate dietary considerations into menu offerings
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and food safety standards such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
- Hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and overall kitchen management within the food industry
