Residential Plumbing Service Technician
Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Position Overview
This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive plumbing service experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures
- Perform maintenance, service, and installation work in residential homes
- Identify plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and plumbing codes
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a professional manner
- Always represent MPI with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of residential plumbing service experience required
- Ten (10) or more years of experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Valid Driver's License required
- Clean driving record preferred
