Responsibilities

- Support children’s social-emotional development by encouraging communication skills and cooperative play.
- Conduct assessments of childhood development milestones and utilize standardized testing when appropriate to monitor progress.
- Collaborate with families to discuss child welfare, progress, and tailored early intervention strategies.
- Manage classroom activities efficiently, ensuring safety and engagement for toddlers and preschoolers alike.

Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential; familiarity with toddler care and private school environments is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, early intervention strategies, and classroom management techniques.
- Demonstrated skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or tutoring sessions.
