What You’ll Do
- Primarily perform real estate termite inspections
- Deal with bids/sales of WDO work
- Coordinate with in-house crew and sub-contractors
- Coordinate with Real Estate Agents and related vendors
What We’re Looking For
- Seasoned Termite Inspector
- Hardworking, reliable, and punctual
- Great communicator and team player
- Willing to learn and grow within the company
- Takes pride in quality work and great customer service
- Good at sales
Qualifications
- Branch 3 license w/ minimum 1 year experience in Real Estate Inspections (DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT A LICENSE OR IF YOU'VE NEVER DONE A REAL ESTATE TERMITE INSPECTION)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs)
- Able to pass a background check
- Comfortable in crawl spaces and on ladders/roofs
Additional Details
- Must be available Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
- Must be ok with overtime
- Based in Fairfield, with travel to surrounding areas as needed (lots of Napa travel)
- Base pay + Commission
