Garden & Gun Club is searching for qualified candidates to join their food and beverage team.
In our kitchen, the dishwasher is the engine room. We believe a clean plate is the canvas for every meal, but we also know that the best chefs start at the sink. We are looking for a reliable, high-energy individual who takes pride in a spotless kitchen and is eager to pick up a knife and assist with food prep during service lulls.
- Clean and sanitize all plates, glassware, cutlery, and cookware with speed and precision.
- Support the culinary team with essential prep tasks (e.g., peeling vegetables, portioning proteins, preparing garnishes, or simple sauce prep).
- Maintain a clean, organized dish pit and assist with general kitchen cleaning, including floors, trash removal, and organizing deliveries.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling protocols.
- A positive attitude, seeking a team player who jumps in where needed without being asked twice.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm.
- An interest in food and desire to learn basic culinary techniques.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
