TLC Cleaning is hiring dependable, hardworking house cleaners in the Detroit Lakes area. Most team members average $20–$23 per hour through performance pay, tips, and bonuses. Interviews do happen in Fargo for the position.
What You’ll Do
- Clean residential homes using TLC’s systems and checklists
- Work independently or with a teammate
- Provide reliable, high-quality service to our clients
- Stay active throughout the workday
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking, coachable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Smartphone access for work communication
No professional cleaning experience is required. We provide paid training.
