The Overnight Hotel Floater is responsible for overseeing hotel operations during overnight hours while delivering exceptional guest service in alignment with Hilton brand standards. This role requires working across multiple departments to ensure a seamless, safe, and positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations
- Greet, check in, and check out guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle reservations, payments, and guest inquiries
- Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and service recovery situations
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth overnight operations
- Housekeeping Support
- Assist with light housekeeping duties as needed
- Support room inspections and ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate with housekeeping to prioritize guest room readiness
- Laundry Operations
- Operate laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens
- Maintain proper inventory levels of linens and supplies
- Maintenance Assistance
- Address minor maintenance issues and perform basic troubleshooting
- Report or escalate maintenance concerns to ensure timely resolution
- Security & Safety
- Conduct routine property walks to ensure safety and security
- Monitor hotel premises and respond to incidents or emergencies
- Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures
