- Position: 1:1 Learning Support Specialist / Educational Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one academic and classroom support to an elementary-age student.
- Adapt classroom lessons and activities to support the student's learning style.
- Assist with focus, transitions, engagement, and executive functioning skills.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff on student progress.
- Maintain brief daily observations and updates.
We are looking for candidates with experience in:
- Special education or learning support environments
- 1:1 or small-group instruction
- ADHD, learning challenges, or individualized learning strategies
- Differentiated instruction and student-centered support
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
