Riverbound Veterinary Clinic is looking for a hard-working and passionate veterinary receptionist to join our rapidly growing team of veterinary professionals.
RBVC is one of only a few remaining privately owned veterinary practices in the Mechanicsville area and continues to have deep roots within the community.
We provide high quality medicine featuring digital radiology, in house laboratory, dedicated surgical suite, and digital medical records system.
Duties
- Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage client check-ins to create a welcoming environment.
- Collect medical histories, update client records accurately, and assist with billing and payment processing related to veterinary services.
- Facilitate communication between clients and veterinary staff, relaying instructions, follow-up care, and treatment plans clearly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area and exam rooms.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with a veterinary clinic in a customer service role.
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and software.
- Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in record keeping and client service tasks.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
