Comer & Cross Concrete Coatings is expanding into the Atlanta market, and we're building our sales team now.
We're looking for motivated, competitive sales professionals who are confident working with homeowners, driven by results, and ready to grow with a rapidly expanding company.

Training for our Atlanta sales team begins August 24.
The Opportunity
This is a 100% commission sales position with uncapped earning potential.
There is no cold calling and no door knocking.
Our marketing and call center teams generate customer interest and schedule qualified homeowner appointments. You'll meet directly with homeowners, learn what they're looking for, recommend the right solution, and guide them through the buying decision.
We provide the opportunities. You focus on selling.
What You'll Do
- Run pre-set appointments with homeowners throughout the Greater Atlanta area
- Conduct professional in-home consultations
- Learn each customer's needs and recommend the appropriate concrete coating solution
- Present product options, pricing, and value clearly and confidently
- Build rapport and trust with homeowners
- Answer questions and overcome objections
- Confidently ask for the sale
- Follow a proven sales process
- Manage customer follow-up and your sales pipeline
- Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals

Compensation
This is a 100% commission position with no base salary.
First-year earning potential: $130,000–$150,000
Strong and experienced performers have the opportunity to earn $150,000–$200,000+ annually.
Commissions are uncapped.
This opportunity is best suited for someone who is motivated by performance, comfortable betting on their own ability, and wants their earning potential tied directly to their results.

Sales experience is preferred, particularly in areas such as:
- In-home sales
- Home improvement or remodeling
- Automotive sales
- Roofing
- Windows and doors
- Bath remodeling
- HVAC
- Flooring
- Solar
- New home sales
- High-ticket retail or consumer sales
- Other commission-driven sales environments
However, we're not hiring based on years of experience alone.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Greater Atlanta territory
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily appointment schedule
- Availability for daytime and evening appointments and rotating Saturdays
- Comfortable working in a 100% commission environment
- Available to begin virtual training August 24
