Overview
Little Sweden Resort manages 58 rental homes as well as a condominium community. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in home maintenance, snow removal is a plus. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our resort and condo owners homes, providing high-quality service to our clients while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Duties
- Troubleshoot and resolve carpentry issues related to both the interior and exterior of homes
- Perform repairs to owners and and guests homes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Complete all work that is assigned to you through work orders or your direct reports.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or clients.
- Assist with other maintenance projects as needed.
- Document and repairs made to condominium homes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry preferably with residential homes.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on quality workmanship.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
