Advance HOA Management, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Resale Processor to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the resale process for properties within our managed communities by preparing accurate title packages and maintaining precise homeowner records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Starting Pay: $22/hr - $26/hr (depending on experience)
RESPONSIBILITIES
A Resale Processor processes title packages for home sales in communities managed by Advance HOA Management. This position also performs necessary research and customer service duties required to ensure excellent and accurate Association homeowner records.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Create and implement effective methods to accurately and efficiently process title packages
- Process resales in accounting system to include ownership change, posting of charges, and check application.
- Coordinate with accounting staff as needed
- Identify, research, and resolve resale questions and other issues as needed
- Provide customer service for title companies, buyers, realtors, sellers, HOA Managers, etc.
- Acquire county deeds as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- At all times, conduct oneself in a professional, helpful, knowledgeable manner, so as to convey utmost professionalism
REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years full-time clerical/accounting experience
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others
- Strong sense of and high standard for customer service

Working Conditions
