Job Overview: We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Supervisor to join our team at Crumbl Cookies. As a Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, leading by example, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll manage a team, oversee daily operations, and maintain the high standards that Crumbl Cookies is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the team during shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to Crumbl's standards.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues.
Oversee the preparation and baking of cookies, ensuring quality and consistency.
Manage inventory, placing orders, and ensuring the store is adequately stocked.
Train and mentor new team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Assist in scheduling shifts and managing time-off requests.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic knowledge of baking is a plus, but not required.
