Overview
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has a passion for RVs to join our team as a Technician. Whether you have years of experience or are just starting out, we’re happy to train the right person. You’ll inspect, maintain, and repair a variety of RV systems—like electrical, plumbing, and HVAC—and help keep service records up to date. If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and have a valid driver’s license, you’re off to a great start. Certifications are a bonus, but not required. Duties
- Perform diagnostic assessments on RVs to identify issues and necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance on RVs, tire service, and brake inspections.
- Repair or replace electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances within RVs.
- Assemble and install components as needed, ensuring all parts meet safety standards.
- Provide high-quality service to customers by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
Experience
- Experience as a service technician is a plus, but not a dealbreaker—we’re open to training the right person.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, equipment repair, or vehicle maintenance is helpful. If you’ve got experience in one area and curiosity for the others, we’ll teach you the rest.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset will take you far here.
- A valid driver’s license is required. RV repair certifications are a bonus, but not required—we’re all about helping our team grow.
