Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of assigned properties to identify pest activity and entry points
- Implement targeted pest control treatments using approved methods and products
- Develop customized pest management plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and maintenance practices
- Maintain detailed records of treatments administered, observations, and follow-up schedules
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies
- Respond promptly to service requests and provide exceptional customer service during visits
Requirements
- Prior experience in pest control or related field preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service appointments efficiently
- Good physical stamina to perform inspections and treatments in various environments
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to chemical handling and application techniques
- Experience with cleaning in retail stores, hotels, educational institutions, hospitals, restaurants, or gyms is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
