Responsibilities
- Lead residential and light commercial HVAC system installations.
- Supervise and mentor installation helpers.
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ductwork.
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements.
- Communicate professionally with customers and answer questions on-site.
- Complete installation paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience.
- Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
