Job Summary
Monitoring operator with the ability to work Weekends / Holidays / Evening / Overnight
Duties
- Save lives and businesses by responding to fire, burglary and other alarms
- Process high volume inbound and outbound calls concerning alarms and service
- Communicate with first responders across the country
- Maintain your outbound and inbound calls with high degree of urgency and accuracy
- Keep a professional demeanor and follow established protocols and procedures
Job Requirements
- EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE
- Posses Excellent Written, Verbal and Listening skills
- Helpful - Maintain a Customer Service Aptitude
- Fingerprint background check required by State of California BSIS
- High School graduate or equivalent
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
