Job Summary:
We are currently in search of a friendly and compassionate Senior Community Driver to join our dynamic team! Preston Pointe is a beautiful, family-owned Independent Living Community for seniors, that has a long and vibrant history of providing the best in “retirement living at its finest.”
Key Responsibilities:
- Transports residents to and from scheduled physician appointments.
- Perform light office work, such as scheduling in transportation calendar.
- Assisting residents in and out of the company vehicle.
- Inspecting the company vehicle before and after trips.
- Providing a comfortable environment for seniors as they are transported.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Three to five years of professional driving experience transporting passengers with a focus on customer-service and safety
- Must have a current valid North Carolina driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service skills with a patient and kind demeanor
- Successful background check
- Pre-employment physical and drug test
Work Schedule:
- Full Time
- Monday-Friday 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM
