We're looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians, Level I & Level II, to support residential communities throughout Northern New Jersey. This is a great opportunity for a technician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and leading by example.

What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and building systems
- Complete preventive maintenance and service requests
- Perform inspections and identify maintenance needs
- Support and mentor junior technicians
- Help maintain safe, clean, and well-operated communities
What We're Looking For
- Required to have professional verbal and written English communication skills.
- 3+ years of maintenance experience
- Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repair skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
- Valid driver's license
- EPA Certification or HVAC certifications preferred
