Landscape Branch Manager

Outdoor Living Southeast is looking for an experienced and motivated Landscape Branch Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations and continued growth of our Brunswick, Georgia branch.
This position is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in the landscape industry who enjoys leading people, building strong teams, maintaining high standards, and creating a positive experience for both employees and customers.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of landscape operations along with experience managing employees, coordinating field operations, and helping a team achieve its goals.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Tallahassee branch.
- Provide leadership, support, and direction to Account Management, Team Leaders, and field employees.
- Help ensure landscape maintenance services are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards.
- Monitor scheduling, labor, crew performance, productivity, and overall property quality.
- Conduct routine property and field inspections and work with the team to address areas needing attention.
- Coach and develop employees while creating clear expectations and accountability.
- Work closely with the Account Manager to support strong customer relationships, communication, and retention.
- Assist with staffing, interviewing, onboarding, training, and employee development.
- Help manage company vehicles, equipment, tools, and other branch resources.
- Support company safety procedures and operational standards.
- Look for opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, profitability, and overall branch performance.
- Support the continued growth of Outdoor Living Southeast throughout the Tallahassee market.
- Maintain consistent communication with company leadership regarding branch performance, staffing, opportunities, and challenges.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone with a strong combination of landscape industry experience, leadership ability, and drive.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial landscaping, landscape maintenance, or a similar field-service environment.
- Previous experience leading crews, supervisors, Team Leaders, Account Managers, or other field employees.
- A good understanding of landscape maintenance operations, scheduling, quality standards, labor management, equipment, and production.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to coach employees, set expectations, and follow through.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Experience building and maintaining customer relationships.
- The ability to balance customer service, employee development, quality, productivity, and branch performance.
- A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Comfort using technology for scheduling, communication, reporting, and daily operations.
A college degree is a plus, but relevant industry experience and demonstrated leadership ability are equally important to us.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
