About the Role
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Marketing Logistics Coordinator to support our marketing team. This role is responsible for keeping our marketing inventory organized, supporting event logistics, coordinating influencer shipments, and ensuring products and materials are where they need to be.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize Brami's storage unit, including receiving shipments, maintaining inventory, and providing monthly inventory updates.
- Coordinate shipments for events, influencers, corporate gifting, and internal marketing needs.
- Support marketing events by transporting, setting up, and breaking down event materials throughout the NYC metro area.
- Restock the NYC office and storage locations with products and marketing supplies.
- Assist with additional marketing logistics and operational projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Highly organized, reliable, and proactive.
- Professional and comfortable interacting with event staff, influencers, vendors, and partners.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and willingness to drive a rental van when needed.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Lives within approximately 30 minutes of Long Island City.
- Excited to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
