What You’ll Be Doing
You won’t just push buttons—you’ll own the process.
· Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specs to plan your approach
· Work with Okuma machinery in a precision-driven environment
· Utilize Mastercam and SolidWorks to support machining processes
· Set up and run CNC mills and lathes with precision and confidence
· Dial in tooling, alignment, and calibration for optimal performance
· Work with GD&T and precision measuring tools to ensure exact specs
· Monitor runs, make real-time adjustments, and swap tooling as needed
· Troubleshoot issues and keep production moving efficiently
· Perform preventive maintenance and keep your workspace sharp and safe
· Communicate clearly across shifts and document your work

What You Bring to the Table
· 5+ years of CNC machining experience (or equivalent skill level)
· Strong setup and operational knowledge of mills and lathes required
· Confidence reading blueprints and working with GD&T
· Ability to work independently and even build fixtures/tooling when needed
· Aerospace experience? That’s a big plus
· A mindset focused on quality, precision, and safety
