Centerpoint Apts is looking for a great apartment leasing specialist. We are a 461 unit community Dallas located at 2626 Frankford Rd., Dallas 75287. (bilingual is definitely a plus)We are looking for someone who has at least three or four years of apartment Leasing experience. Please do not apply if you do not have this kind of experience. We’re looking for someone who knows the ins and outs of the apartment Leasing business and is able to multitask. We are a very busy property and we don’t have time to train someone without experience. We are looking for someone who knows the Onesite management program and someone who is dependable and responsible (without any issues that would prevent them from being at work). Our office hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and 10AM to 5 PM on Saturday. If you work Saturday you get a day off during the week. So it is a 40 hour work week. We offer great benefits! Not only do you get the salary listed you also get bonuses on leasing commissions, renewals, reviews, utility referrals and collections . Collection bonuses.can be anywhere from $200 a month to $2000 a month based on the effort you put into the property and how much we collect each month. unfortunately, we do not offer insurance however, these commissions and bonuses usually cover the insurance and much much more!
