Job Title: HUMAN RESOURCES RECEPTIONIST
SUMMARY
Responsible for scheduling conference rooms and other meeting rooms, greeting visitors, and monitoring office supplies and inventory. Assists with Human Resources responsibilities as directed. Assists in implementation of SRK philosophy throughout the organization.
Duties Include But Not Limited To:
· Maintain communication equipment i.e., fax, switchboard, copy machine
· Monitor office supplies and keep necessary inventories
· Greet visitors and answer telephones in a professional manner
· Support/back up functions i.e., for payroll, purchasing, and other office functions
· Maintain key box
· Maintain purchase order log/issue purchase orders/input into system
· Computer work as required by plant and office associates
· Any other duties assigned by management
· Assist Human Resources Manager in day-to-day operation of Human Resources Department
· Responsible for maintaining associate information in necessary systems
· Assist in benefit enrollments, changes, and required paperwork
· Responsible for payroll account and implements weekly changes to payroll
· Assist in new associate orientation
· Any other duties as assigned by Human Resources Manager
REQUIREMENTS
· Position requires a High School Diploma, GED Diploma or equivalent - training and or experience
