Salesforce Administrator needed to join a respected and established leader in it's industry. As Senior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at the company. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help them continually improve and enhance their Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to the company; therefore, the Senior Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority.
We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both the current setup and business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement. The Senior Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.
Qualified Salesforce Administrator candidates should have:
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with [Sales Cloud]
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Additional Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder.
- Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
- A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
- Design & implement scalable best practice solutions
- Excellent relationship-building skills, and Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with change management and governance
- Training end users and key stakeholders
- Technical documentation
- Available and responsive to questions
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes
- DevOps/release management experience
- Proficiency with Data Loader and data management tools
- Software development fundamentals (e.g., data structures, object-oriented programming, relational database design / patterns)
- Experience integrating Salesforce applications with 3rd party systems using REST and SOAP web service API (incl. exposure to event-based publisher/subscriber). Celigo experience preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce security settings (incl. permissions, roles, profiles, sharing)
- Ability to own projects and perform detailed analysis of client business requirements
- Experience with change management and governance
- MS Office Experience
- Intrinsic experience with triggers/Apex code knowledge
- Demonstrates continued personal/professional development
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
