Duties
- Greet customers warmly and actively engage to understand their needs and preferences
- Promote and showcase our product offerings through confident upselling and personalized recommendations
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Handle transactions accurately while maintaining proper POS handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of the work area.
- Assist in product displays, inventory management, and restocking to keep the sales floor inviting and organized
- Educate customers on product benefits and usage instructions to enhance their confidence in purchasing decisions
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of sanitation practices relevant to personal care products
- Willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques to continually improve performance
