We're looking for a Lead Barista who is excited to lead by example—not from an office, but from behind the espresso bar.
This role is for someone who loves coffee, enjoys helping people grow, and understands that great hospitality and strong sales go hand in hand.
What you'll do every day
- Set the pace for your team.
- Coach baristas through busy shifts.
- Give feedback that helps others improve.
- Create a positive environment where people enjoy coming to work.
Coffee
- Prepare exceptional espresso beverages and manual brews.
- Protect quality and consistency in every drink.
- Continue learning about specialty coffee and share that knowledge with both guests and teammates.
- Help others become better baristas.
Adapt

Position Requirements
- Full-time availability required.
- Barista experience required.
- Leadership experience required.
- Sales experience required.
- Weekend and holiday availability.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
