Job Title: Fullstack Developer - AI Platform
Summary / Objective
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the technical direction and architecture for large-scale systems.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and design patterns.
- Assist in driving implementation of best practices in coding, testing (JUNIT), API design, and performance tuning
- Ensure scalability, reliability, performance, and security of systems.
- Oversee the integration of RESTful and SOAP-based services with modern authentication (SAML, PINGFederate)
- Guide API documentation and testing workflows using Postman and Swagger
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system interoperability and delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise application development.
- Design and develop Agentic AI systems: autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration pipelines, and LLM-integrated workflows to accelerate client onboarding and integration automation.
- Expert-level proficiency in Java and Spring / Spring Boot Framework
- Strong experience with Angular, JavaScript/ Typescript, NodeJS.
- Experience with REST, JSON, GraphQL, and SOAP integrations
- Proficiency in cloud platforms: AWS (EC2, S3, SNS, Secrets Manager, Cognito)
- Deep understanding of databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and automation frameworks
- Experience with system authentication protocols like SAML, PINGFederate
- Experience with Git, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and containerization (Docker is a plus).
- Integration testing & Unit testing of the functionality developed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across environments (development, staging, production).

Preferred Qualifications

Education
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field required. Advanced degree or equivalent demonstrated through open-source contributions, research, or AI project portfolio.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior airline domain experience, especially crew management or crew services.
- Experience delivering AI-powered automation in enterprise SaaS or B2B integration contexts.
- Contributions to open-source AI/agent frameworks.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and streaming pipelines (Kafka, Kinesis) as applied to AI agent triggers.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
