We are a family owned property management company that owns and runs 3 properties in East York. This position is primarily for an apartment complex consisting of 11 buildings. (Able to assist other properties on occasion).
The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, possess strong attention to detail, and consistently provide high-quality results. Because our residents live in the homes and common areas you maintain, cleanliness, professionalism, and reliability are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Remove all trash from grounds daily.
- Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas: Cleans rugs, carpets, wash walls, windows, door panels, and sill; empty wastebaskets and empty and clean ashtrays and dog stations.
- Supports the maintenance team with make-readies
- Final clean apartment units prior to resident move in
- Distribute flyers and letters to residents if necessary.
- Assist in keeping the Maintenance shop clean at all times.
- Clean apartment homes prior to new resident move-ins and ensure units meet company standards for occupancy.
- Qualifications
- Previous professional cleaning experience required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Understanding that apartment homes and common areas are living spaces that directly impact resident satisfaction.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be a team player and able to work effectively within a team environment.
- Must be bondable.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
