The Bio Behavioral Institute (BBI) is a nationally recognized private-pay specialty practice focused on OCD, anxiety, BDD, and related disorders.
We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist interested in evidence-based treatment, collaborative care, and advanced training within a highly specialized clinical environment.
This is an opportunity to work alongside internationally recognized leaders in OCD and anxiety treatment while developing deep expertise in CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
Position Highlights
- Full-time W-2 position
- Approximately 25 clinical hours weekly
- Compensation range: $150,000–$190,000+
- Private-pay practice with low administrative burden
- Extensive training and supervision in CBT and ERP

About the Role
Clinicians provide evidence-based psychotherapy for OCD, anxiety disorders, BDD, mood disorders, ASD, and related conditions.
Responsibilities include:
- Individual therapy
- IOP participation and collaborative treatment planning
- Community-based ERP and real-world exposure work several times weekly when clinically appropriate

Qualifications
- Psy.D. or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology
- Licensed Psychologist in New York
- Strong CBT foundation and interest in evidence-based treatment
- Interest in OCD and anxiety disorders
- Team-oriented and engaged clinical style
Experience with ERP or specialty anxiety treatment is a plus but not required.
