Qualifications:

Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

Ability to understand and carry out oral and written communications.

Ability to work as part of a team and maintain positive relationships with co-workers.

Familiarity with POS system (cash register) preferred.
Provide the Director support in the following areas:
-
Guide the cooks in advancing their cooking skills
-
Assist in menu planning
-
Assist in ordering of food & supplies
-
Assist in enhancing communication & outreach to students, staff, & parents
-
Assist in catering
-
Assist in other areas as requested
Maine Dept of Ed Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) is required. See links below for more information about obtaining CHRC.
Description: School-year only position. Part-time position, 20 hours per week., in the elementary/middle school cafeteria. Pay range is $25-28 per hour depending upon experience. For more detailed information, please contact Robin Taylor at 799-5191.
