Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumbing Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings
- Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to job sites
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing-specific tools for various tasks such as pipe fitting, assembly, and remodeling projects
- Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages efficiently
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
Requirements
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential or commercial environments
- Knowledge of construction plumbing, remodeling, and plumbing system maintenance and repair techniques
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately
- Experience with plumbing inspection cameras and drain cleaning equipment is highly desirable
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards related to plumbing installations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting complex systems
- Handyman experience or general construction site experience is a plus
- Ability to work on construction sites involving assembly, remodeling projects, or site cleanup
