Storm Restoration Sales Representative / Future Sales Manager
The Best Roofing Company formerly StormGuard Roofing is looking for an experienced storm restoration sales professional who wants more than just another sales job.
We are growing and looking for the right person to help build the sales side of the company alongside ownership. Right now, this is a sales position — but the right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a Sales Manager role as the company expands.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in roofing and/or storm restoration sales
- Comfortable handling insurance claims and adjuster meetings
- Self-motivated and hungry to earn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to generate leads through networking, canvassing, referrals, and self-generated opportunities
- Someone who wants long-term growth, not just a temporary commission check
Responsibilities:
- Inspect roofs and properties for storm damage
- Meet with homeowners and insurance adjusters
- Generate and manage leads
- Help customers through the insurance restoration process
- Maintain communication from inspection through project completion
- Represent the company professionally in the field

Compensation:
Offering Tiered commission structure starting @10%
