General Manager – Infinite Hitting Austin
Location: Pflugerville, Texas
Pay: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (Base Salary + Strong Commission Structure)

Infinite Hitting is an elite baseball and softball training facility in Pflugerville Texas. We get athletes game ready through the use of expert coaching, top-of-the-line technology, and innovative training techniques.
General Manager – Infinite Hitting - Baseball / Softball Facility
The General Manager is responsible for baseball and softball client acquisition and retention, and for managing the facility and staff. This is both a sales role and a management role.
Infinite Hitting’s objective, and thus the objective of the General Manager, is to get baseball and softball players game-ready. The GM’s daily tasks include following up with new client leads, performing swing evaluations and selling membership packages, planning and implementing camps and clinics, scheduling and managing facility staff, measuring client progress, reviewing game videos, and building players’ confidence through results that translate to the field. As the leader at the facility, the General Manager oversees operations and responsibilities can go beyond the tasks listed below.

Duties & Responsibilities
Sales - Baseball / Softball Facility
Complete the initial sales training program and all ongoing sales trainings to become proficient in sales and to continue to improve sales expertise
Receive and call leads from the website and online ads in order to invite them to the facility for a swing evaluation. Respond promptly to incoming leads and prioritize rapid follow-up. The most successful sales professionals strive to contact new leads within minutes of their inquiry whenever practical
Drive revenue to meet facility sales goals
Maintain the sales CRM (GoHighLevel)
Maintain and ensure accuracy of all client billing in Mindbody
Perform swing evaluations and sell membership packages
Follow up with all leads to address concerns and offer personalized solutions
Initiate relationships and community engagement opportunities within the baseball and softball community in order to promote Infinite Hitting
Drive client retention by ensuring exceptional client experiences within the facility
Manage sales recovery efforts when necessary
Build relationships with current members and encourage lead referrals
Identify opportunities for camps and clinics and plan and implement new programming along with staff
General Management - Baseball / Softball Facility
Responsible for calendar management – including staff schedule, lesson availability, and swing evaluations
Manage equipment within the facility by keeping an equipment inventory and ordering supplies to ensure seamless operations
Oversee the facility, and communicate any necessary repair and maintenance items to owners
Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, safe, and professional at all times
Schedule Hitting Instructors and front desk staff appropriately to ensure clients’ needs are met and labor costs are within budget
Provide leadership to the team of Hitting Instructors through continuing education, coaching, and professional development opportunities that will positively impact lesson quality
Lead by example in caring about the well-being and development of athletes within the facility. Have a positive attitude and always give maximum effort.
Oversee the initiatives of camps, clinics, and extra events at the facility
Implement Infinite Hitting’s initiatives throughout the organization, including assigning tasks and initiatives to Hitting Instructors
Maintain an organized system for tracking the facility’s operations
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing staff to build a high-performing team
Monitor and manage hourly time punches and approve salaried employee PTO requests.
Customer Relations
Ensure clients are satisfied with their results by fostering a customer-centric culture
Give recognition to clients who are reaching their goals
Manage re-evaluations to ensure clients are on track to achieve their goals
Build positive online reviews of the facility
Marketing
Post on social media to promote the facility and the accomplishments of members
Promote positive case studies and stories from the facility, including player wins, personal records, facility leaderboard, before/after video, game film, signing days, and more
Finance
Assist with accounting tasks to ensure accurate financial records, compliance with regulatory standards, and timely reporting
Be responsible for the billing and collections processes
Monitor key facility performance metrics and provide regular reporting on sales retention, labor costs, and overall business performance
Leadership
Exemplify Infinite Hitting’s core values and culture
Identify areas for improvement within the facility and work toward the improvements with the help of the team
Train and develop Hitting Instructors and athletes
Success in this role will be demonstrated by consistent membership growth, strong client retention, a positive facility culture, achievement of revenue goals, and measurable athlete development.

Skills & Qualifications for Baseball / Softball Facility GM
Motivated individual that loves to set and achieve goals
Baseball or softball collegiate experience is required
Baseball coach or softball coach experience is a plus
Experience in sales or management is a plus
Organized individual that can prioritize and accomplish tasks in a fast paced environment
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proven record as a leader
Be a self-starter
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Understand that this salaried leadership role will require work outside of facility operating hours to maximize sales opportunities, support staff, and achieve facility goals
