Job Description:
Perks on working with us as an OTR Company Driver:
-Depending on the trailer you will choose you will get $0.60- $.65 CPM.
With our safety reward program you can get up to 65/70 CPM
If your DOT is clean and if you drive more than 2600 miles weekly.
Both empty and loaded miles are paid and we can guarantee you up to 3500 (t/h) miles weekly, depending on your efficiency and dedication we can give you as many miles as it's legal to drive. Weekly take home money is $2.000 - $2.400.
You will get direct deposit every Friday and Monday to Monday is the pay period.
- We operate in all 48 States (Midwest East and South) and we are flexible dispatch. If there is any area you don't want to run, you will not have to. It will always be a deal between you and your dispatcher about the loads, and you will have 24/7 dispatch support.

- Home time: 3weeks out -3 days home
- 24/7 Dispatch and After Hours team:
We have an after hours team that works even during holidays and weekends here to help you with your trucking needs.
- 1099 Contractor form
We only hire Company drivers with the 1099 contractors form.
- Health and Life Insurance:
We can provide you with optional health and life insurance! $53 per week for dental vision and health insurance, also $18+ for life insurance. This is individual. If you have your own health and life insurance, you do not need to use ours.
- Safety Bonuses: Level 1 - $1000; Level 2 - $600; Level 3 - $300;
This is for the DOT inspection if you pass it and what level you get.
- Referral Bonuses:
For each driver that you bring into the company you will get $500
- $1000 Sign on Bonus:
This is paid quarterly (for every 3 months that you stay with the company you get $250 until it reaches $1000)
- Layovers are paid.
($125 per day for Layovers - this is covered by the broker so you need to make sure that you have the time of arrival and time of departure on the BOL and POD so your dispatcher can take care of this)

Best performing drivers in each category gets a bonus
- Paid Vacation:
You will have one week paid vacation after one year of employment.
Riders policy:
We allow riders in our trucks at no cost! The riders need to sign an Insurance Waiver
- Trucks and equipment:
We have 2019-2024 trucks available in our yard, both Automatic and Manual. All trucks come with a brand new Mattress, Fridge, Inverter and some of them have APU.
Our trucks are governed at 70 mph.
We have: Peterbilt, Kenworth, Volvo, Freightliner and International trucks.
We use Motive ELDs.
Check-in (safety deposit) - $200 for the first 7 weeks and the last week is $100 (Until we reach $1500)
Frontal Facing and Driver Facing camera
The front-facing camera is not active at all times. It only becomes operational in case of an accident or a safety violation. Without your permission, we cannot access the footage for any other reason. Moreover, the camera starts recording only when the truck is in motion.
Orientation: Orientation is only one day, usually 3-4 hours and it's in our main office in Burr Ridge, IL (this is 20 miles from the center of Chicago).
Transportation Accommodation and Drug Test Expenses for the Orientation are covered by us.

Our Requirements:
- Current valid CDL and Medical Card (90+ days expiration date min)
- 24 months of recent verifiable experience in the past 36 months
- Must be at least 23 years old
- No major accidents or violations where you were at fault in the last 3 years
- No DUI or reckless driving in the last 5 years
