Are you passionate about helping people and creating exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join our team. No jewelry or retail experience is required, we're happy to provide the training you need to succeed.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, customer service, banking, healthcare, call centers, or other customer-facing roles who enjoy building relationships and making a positive impact.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and create a warm, engaging shopping experience.
- Listen to customers' needs and help them find the perfect products.
- Learn about our jewelry collections and confidently share product knowledge.
- Build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service.
- Assist with store presentation, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals.
