Duties
- Greet customers warmly in both English and Spanish, establishing a welcoming environment.
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including processing payments and cash handling using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Demonstrate mobile devices and accessories, highlighting features to help customers make informed decisions.
- Upsell products and services by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable plans or devices.
- Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and stocking to ensure an inviting shopping space.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about plans, billing, and device troubleshooting with phone etiquette.
- Support store operations by managing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are well-organized.
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in wireless or electronics retail environments.
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions.
- Experience conducting product demos to showcase device features effectively.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential for connecting with diverse customers.
- Knowledge of grocery store or retail sales transactions enhances customer interaction skills.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for sales calculations and cash register operations.

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
