At the Life Adjustment Team, we believe that everyone deserves a chance to live their best life. That's why we take a practical approach to assisting people with mental illness to live independently in the community. Our interdisciplinary team of rehabilitation specialists uses state-of-the-art training techniques to teach the necessary skills to recognize and alleviate symptoms and deficits associated with many forms of mental illness.
We're currently seeking a part-time experienced Masters Level clinicians who are passionate about making a difference to join our team as a Clinical Social Worker/Case Manager. The Case Manager's responsibilities are to coordinate and provide case management and community support for clients in their homes and communities.
We're proud to offer SUPERVISION HOURS to qualifying candidates, so you can continue to develop your skills and grow as a professional. To be successful in this position, you must be able to learn and implement treatment programs using our unique outpatient rehabilitation methods. You should also have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills. Additionally, you must be available to work a flexible schedule (including occasional evening and weekend assignments) and have reliable transportation with insurance.
At the Life Adjustment Team, we understand that mental health diagnoses can be overwhelming. That's why our staff spends their time providing one-to-one support in the home, community, school or workplace, when appropriate. We're looking for team members who are selected for their compassion, commitment and professionalism. Our clinicians are masters level or licensed, extensively trained in evidence-based community-oriented psychosocial rehabilitation techniques.
