- Operate a variety of specialized fabrication equipment, measuring devices and hand tools to manufacture components and assemblies according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
Fabrication equipment regularly operated: mills, tube benders, rollers, pipe notchers, and others to cut, form, shape, and prepare materials for production.
Set up, operate, and maintain equipment within the Fabrication Work Cell while ensuring production goals, quality requirements, and safety standards are met.
Read and interpret work orders, manufacturing drawings, specifications, and production documents.
Inspect completed parts and assemblies for dimensional accuracy, workmanship, and compliance.
Utilize company technology systems to process jobs and support daily operations, including:

Recording labor time and job activities

Completing work orders and production transactions

Tracking inventory usage and material consumption

Reporting job completion status and production data

Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members
Assist with material handling, inventory organization, and maintaining an orderly work area.
Follow established safety procedures and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist in training new employees within the fabrication work center
Collaborate with team members, supervisors, engineering, and production personnel to identify process improvements and resolve manufacturing issues.
Perform other fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, and production-related duties as assigned.
