Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outbound Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers, introduce company services, qualify prospects, and schedule appointment for our sales team. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, persistence, professionalism, and the ability to handle objections confidently. Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to prospective customers.
- Follow approved call scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation.
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on company criteria.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives.
- Accurately enter customer information and call notes into the CRM system.
- Handle objections professionally and effectively.
- Strong sales skills to identify opportunities and promote additional services or products
- Bilingual proficiency in English and other languages to enhance communication with varied customers is a bonus.
- Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company professionally.
- Effective phone etiquette combined with clear verbal communication skills
- Experience in call centers or outbound calling environments is preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Cold Calling or appointment setting.
- CRM experience (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or MyAnt CRM).
- Strong objection-handling abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to earn performance incentives.
Compensation:
Hourly Wage = $18-$19/hr + Bonus
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
