Please note: Real estate is not a 9–5 industry. While this role is primarily in-office during the day, occasional evenings or weekends may be required to support active transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact by handling phone inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and ensure consistent follow-up
- Organize files, manage email communications, and maintain efficient office systems
- Prepare and design marketing materials, including property flyers and promotional content
- Assist with social media management and content creation
- Accurately enter and maintain client and transaction data
- Research property details, market trends, and comparable sales
- Support document preparation, transaction coordination, and communication between all parties involved
Qualifications & Skills
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – fluent written and verbal communication required
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and major social media platforms
- Familiarity with MLS, Form Simplicity, and DocuSign preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Consistent follow-up habits and the ability to meet critical deadlines
- Coachable, growth-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in real estate and digital marketing
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
