Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager with HR experience in manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or food and beverage environment, to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
You will oversee all facets of human resources operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and regulatory compliance. Your leadership will drive organizational success by aligning HR strategies with business objectives while cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence workforce development and operational excellence within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract skilled candidates through effective sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Lead employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization and understand company policies and culture.
- Manage performance management systems, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and feedback processes to enhance productivity and development.
- Oversee employee relations initiatives, resolving conflicts, conducting misconduct investigations, and promoting a positive work environment aligned with employment law and HR best practices.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all HR functions by managing employment & labor law adherence, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards, HR legal compliance, and EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) policies.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of proven experience supervising HR teams within manufacturing or industrial environments with a strong understanding of operational workflows.
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and HR legal compliance standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent management including recruiting, onboarding, training & development, succession planning, and employee evaluation processes.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while managing complex employee relations issues with tact and professionalism.
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple priorities while driving continuous process improvements in HR functions.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
